Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama instructed inspectorate to audit Jakarta Cleanliness Department. After diverting cleanliness freelance worker under urban village, the number is deemed not significant in accordance with budgeting.

That means tens of freelancer workers are fictitious

In 2016 City Budget (APBD), the city administration budgeted tens of thousands cleanliness freelancer worker in Jakarta. When being devolved, there was only one urban village getting 15 freelancer workers. While the other urban villages received between 2-4 freelancer workers.

"That means tens of freelancer workers are fictitious," expressed Basuki, in the executing meeting, at City Hall, Monday (1/11).

Hence, he asked Jakarta Inspectorate, Mery Erna Hani to audit Jakarta Cleanliness Department.

"If it was audited, we will check it. The park will also be under urban village, if it is fictitious, we will check," he uttered.
